An 1897 uncirculated Morgan silver dollar. The coin features a left facing profile of Lady Liberty on the obverse. The reverse depicts a bald eagle clutching an olive branch in one talon and a bundle of arrows in the other, surrounded by the text ‘United States of America’, ‘One Dollar’, and ‘In God We Trust’. Designer: George T. Morgan. Mintage: 2,822,000. Metal Content: 90% silver, 10% Copper. Approximate diameter: 38.1 mm. Approximate weight: 26.73 grams. Condition: Very good.
