A sterling silver flatware set for eight by Wallace Silversmiths. In the William S. Warren designed Sir Christopher pattern, these feature ornate scrolling foliate handles. The set includes eight New French knives with stainless steel blades, eight flat handle butter spreaders, eight dinner forks, eight salad forks, eight cocktail forks, twelve teaspoons, a sugar spoon, two serving spoons and a carving knife and fork set with stainless steel blades. Each is marked ‘Wallace sterling’ on the back. The lot also includes a sterling silver sugar shovel with a floral embellished pointed handle. The total approximate weight, excluding the dinner knives and carving set with stainless steel elements, is 63.190 oz.
