Signed Hand-Painted Platters Including Talavera Pottery
Item Details
A an oval Talavera platter by Tobias Huerta. The platter features a vibrant color palette of yellow, cobalt blue, green, orange and white. A central design depicts an exotic bird and floral elements and a scalloped floral pattern borders the rim. It is marked by hand on underside ‘Talavera, Casa Huerta, Amozoc Pue.Max, Hecho a Mano, Tobias Huerta’. A stoneware platter features a lattice and floral design in tones of green, pink, blue and yellow on a bisque base. This item has an unidentifiable signature to the underside of the edge.
