A vintage black lacquered chinoiserie chest. The cabinet has gold floral and foliate patterning to the sides and front. To the two doors, a detailed landscape scene of a lake surrounded by buildings, trees, and mountains. The top of the piece features a landscape scene with trees, buildings, a lake, mountains,and a figure fishing over a bridge. The chest also features metal hardware and is unmarked.
