Vintage Henri II Style Walnut Nightstand With Marble Top

A vintage Henri II style walnut nightstand with a marble top, circa early 20th century. The paneled case features a rectangular, marble top above a single drawer over a cabinet door. The drawer is embellished with carved flowerheads while the door has a roundel with a female figure in relief. They are fitted with brass tone knobs and the floral motifs are repeated on the stiles. The nightstand rises on ring- and vase-turned legs with fluted accents joined by a stretcher shelf and ending in cylindrical feet.
