A hand-knotted semi-antique Persian Karajeh Heriz rug. The rust colored field of the rug features a pair of medallions with oversize in a palette of peach, teal, indigo and s rust. A meandering vine and blossom border with a tan colored ground encircles the field. A cotton warp fringe is present at either end. Made in Iran and marked to verso.
