A watercolor painting on paper by listed American artist John Boyce (born 1935). The piece depicts ocean waves crashing against rocks under overcast skies, rendered in blended hues of blue, green, brown and purple against a field of white. The painting is signed in blue and pink paint to the lower right and mounted to a white backing. It is presented without glass in a silver tone metal frame with hanging wire to the verso.
