The work is glazed blue at the lip and curved crackled areas that form a paper like quality, from an applied layer of printed casting slip. This work has the headline Lindbergh Safe in Paris referring to the day pilot Charles A. Lindbergh completed the first solo flight across the Atlantic Ocean. Signed and dated to the bottom of the vase.
