A watercolor painting on paper of Old Town Alexandria. This painting depicts a historical house and rowhouse in Alexandria, Virginia. The buildings contrast in style and color but are placed harmoniously together on a gray sidewalk. The painting is signed illegibly by hand to the lower right. It is matted in white and presented behind glass in an off-white wooden frame with a hanging wire to the verso.

- painting is buckled; toning to painting and mat; surface stains to mat lower edge; debris under glass; wear and scratching throughout frame.
