A pair of tinted engravings after ornithological artist Alexander Wilson’s (1766-1813) drawings of ducks, from plates engraved by his friend, the listed artist Alexander Lawson (1773-1846). These pieces each depict a cluster of ducks, including male and female pairs, near the coastlines of open bodies of water. Each print offers a list of the depicted waterfowl along the bottom edge along with the artists’ names, and is double-matted under glass in a wooden frame that is wired for hanging.

- toning and foxing throughout prints; wear to frames.
