Teapot Collection Including Sadler
Item Details
A collection of teapots including one produced by Sadler. This lot offers a white teapot marked ‘Whittard’ to the body, which comes with a teabag strainer; and an off-white teapot with scrolling foliate designs accented in gold tone, produced by Sadler. Also included is a blue teapot; and a navy teapot with a mug, each with handles and shaped such that they stack together. The navy teapot has a flat bottom and a hinged metal lid with a metal mesh teabag strainer inside.
Condition
- cream rectangular teapot missing lid and has crackle glazing on the underside, blue ceramic-lidded teapot has chip inside lid; some wear to underside of each.
