Item Details
A watercolor painting on paper of an Austrian-German landscape, dated to 1905. The work is signed and dated by the artist in ink to the lower right corner. To the paper verso is a graphite inscription in German; the inscription is also transcribed to the mat. Housed between a double layer of off-white matting.
Condition
- toning to the mat and paper; foxing to the paper and mat; edge and corner wear to the mat.
