Item Details
A pastel drawing on paper by Virginia folk artist William H. Clarke. This depicts the white yacht, Capt. Stacy IV, on the deep blue water. This is signed in the lower right margin and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame with a sawtooth bracket. An artist biography is attached on verso.
Condition
- some small bits of debris under glass; corners of the gold tone liner are slightly damaged from cutting;some wear to edges of frame; sawtooth hook to the verso is missing a nail.
