An oil painting on canvas titled Sick-A-Bed by artist, Jane M. Allen. This desolate painting depicts an interior scene with a woman alone, laying in bed. It is unsigned and presented without glass in a wooden frame with a metal hanging wire to the verso. Affixed to the verso is a decal with additional information on the work.

- wear consistent with age; dust accumulation to verso; canvas stretcher is loose, canvas stretcher is held in place with tape; dent to lower right; canvas is bubbled to the lower left.
