A Spode limited edition Charles Dickens plate. Constructed from bone china, this limited edition plate features a black and white image of Charles Dickens at the center and gold tone accents throughout. It is marked to the underside ‘The Charles Dickens Plate, 1870-1970, To commemorate the Dickens Centenary this plate has been created by his potters in a limited edition of five thousand of which this is number 793, Spode bone china, England.’ Also included, the original Spode hinged lid storage box.
