Collection of Decorative Pottery Vases
Item Details
A selection of three hand decorated vases. This grouping includes a baluster wide mouthed jar with a beige ground and a foliate raised design within a mid-line band of brown. This vase is signed ’ Patrick’ to the base. The second vase is ovoid in shape with a band of caramel brown to the mouth of the vase, followed by a raised undulating ridge accented with a black drip glaze and finished with a brick red mottled glaze. The base is incised with a ‘D’ and the artist’s cipher. The third vase is unsigned and features a splotched black and red glaze with a series of triangular incised decorations to the body of the vase.
