Item Details
An antique chromolithograph on paper after an original 16th century painting by famed Italian Renaissance Master painter Giulio Romano (1499 – 1546), titled La Danse des Muses. The painting depicts nine muses dancing in a circle; they are set against a metallic gold tone background and are each labeled to the lower margin. The print is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with lack velvet lining and an ornate cast gold tone filet. A hanging wire is attached to the piece’s verso.
Condition
- light fogginess to glass. A few chips and scratches to frame.
