1973 Beatles "Another Day?" Poster After "Yesterday and Today" Butcher Cover

A circa 1973 Beatles-related poster titled Another Day?. The offset lithograph print features an altered version of the band’s infamous original ‘butcher cover’ for their 1966 album Yesterday and Today. The image is bordered in black, with ‘Another Day?’ printed in white toward the center. The lower portion of the poster includes a quotation about the cover and its poor reception from a 1967 issue of Time magazine. The print includes fine print to the lower left that reads ‘J.R. Goehring, 1973, Ace and Space, Waterville, Maine’. It is presented unframed.

Condition

- to Fair; surface wear and minor tears to edges; fading present, especially to black background; horizontal bend lines along right side of poster; scuffing to verso; slight abrasion at the lower left corner; poster is unframed and tends to roll from storage.
