Proferio Grossi Framed Oil on Canvas "Commedia del Arte"
Item Details
A framed oil on canvas painting by Italian artist Proferio Grossi (1923-2000) titled Commedia del Arte. Primarily known for his paintings of objects, this piece portrays a nude woman as the centerpiece with four harlequin type figures in masks watching her. It is signed on the lower right corner and dated 1961. It is framed in gold tone wood with a green velvet inset. There is a hook on the back for hanging.
Condition
Some scratches, marks to frame. Back has writing.
