Louis XIII Style Maple Armchair and Rocker

Item Details

A vintage Louis XIII style maple armchair and rocker. Both chairs in this pairing are constructed from maple and feature floral textured green fabric upholstery on their backrests and seat cushions which are accented with metal nail heads. They have finials at the ears, and curved armrests. Under their curving armrests are turned and fluted front legs with square-cut legs at the rear. The armchair has stretchers joining its four legs while the rocker has curved rails at its base.
