Vintage Hermès "La Pivoines" Silk Scarf
Item Details
A vintage Hermès silk twill scarf in the La Pivoines pattern originally designed for the French fashion house in 1978 by Christiane Vauzelles. The design features large peonies in bloom gathered in a wicker basket. This mid-1980s re-issue has a pastel colorway in soft pink, ivory and light green. Vauzelles rarely signed her work, and this is no exception. Hand-rolled and stitched edges finish this piece and the original care tag is included. An Hermès box is included.
