The area rug features a black field with fine arabesque herati designs in shades of sage, tan, brown, pale yellow, olive, burnt red, lavender, and chocolate brown. The main border features a sage ground with arabesque motifs throughout in shades of cornflower blue, lavender, pale yellow, red, olive, dark brown, tan, and beige. It has overcast edges and dense cotton warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
