A pairing of brass sculptural pieces from Mali, Africa. This includes a unique round ash receiver with three cigarette rests, that is connected to a statue of a seated male figure who holds an unidentified form before him. It is presented with a turtle like sculpture, with a long curving neck, that has two holes on the back, likely for use as an incense holder.

- some surface wear with markings, oxidation and some discoloration consistent with ash or soot.
