An engraving on paper titled The Butterfly Catcher by well-listed artist Jehan Georges Vibert (French, 1840 – 1902). Signed in plate to the lower right corner. Housed in a gilt and gesso wood frame under glass and a single layer of white matting with a gilt fillet. To the verso is a hanging wire. Vibert was known for his genre scenes, often of cardinals and clergy.

- toning to the paper; overall surface wear to the frame.
