An oil painting on canvas of a church. This Impressionist painting depicts a Central American style church with a stone exterior and pointed, red roofs. To the center is a lone steeple, which protrudes upwards and is surrounded by a textural application of pastel and earthen tones, which create a sloped mountain. The painting is presented in a gold tone wooden frame featuring moulded acanthus leaf and beaded patterning with a linen liner and hanging wire to the verso.

- light wear to frame finish; tears to paper backing.
