An open edition offset lithograph on cream Speckletone paper, titled Make Art Not War, designed and signed in pencil by well-listed and world-renowned contemporary street artist Shepard Fairey (South Carolina/California; born 1970), printed in 2017. The work depicts a woman with flowers in her hair, encircled with a rose garland and paintbrushes on either side of a blooming lotus. “OBEY” and a star with the image of André the Giant (France, 1946 – 1993) sit below the woman. The words “Make Art Not War” surround the image in white against a red background. Signed and dated by the artist to the lower right margin. This work is unframed, awaiting presentation of choice.
