Carved Chinese Jewelry Box

Item Details

A carved Chiense jewelry box. The piece features two cabinet doors embellished with panels depicting carved figures in relief, fitted vertically within the doors. The doors open to reveal three shallow drawers. Beneath these, is one deep drawer. The drawers are lined with yellow silk, embroidered with black stylized flora. The box has brass brackets, handles and detailing. The piece is unmarked.
