An offset lithograph reproduction of an original painting by well-listed Italian-American painter Nicholas Briganti (1861 – 1944). The print depicts a charming view of a Venetian canal. In the foreground, a gondola carries a group of figures across the rippling water, which is covered in the bright reflections of buildings that line its edges. The print is signed in-plate to the lower right. It is presented in a wooden frame with cast surface embellishments, painted gold tone blue, red, and green finishes, and a hanging wire attached to the verso.
