A bronze and marble sculpture of a gymnast by Global Views. This expressive piece depicts a male gymnast vaulting over a large ring, with his body curled and his legs in an athletic V shape. A dark, shiny finish gives the work a contemporary aesthetic. The work is presented unsigned, with the ring mounted on a rectangular base, which is in turn mounted on a rectilinear cube of light marble. A sticker with the maker’s mark reading ‘Made in China’ is affixed to the underside of the base.
