Item Details
A black transferware pattern plate with hand painted decoration titled Al Merito designed by well-listed Italian artist and designer Perio Forsanetti (1913-1988), executed ca. 1955 in Milan Italy. Featuring five assorted Italian medals of merit. Fornasetti mark present to the verso.
Condition
- some paint loss; small chip to underside of the rim.
