An original 1937 oil painting on canvas of a pastoral landscape. This painting depicts a sweeping field, two grazing deer in the foreground and a large white house in the distance. The artist’s initials are signed by hand and dated to the lower left corner. This painting is presented without glass in a gold tone wooden frame with a metal hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- wear consistent with age; noticeable dents to the upper left and lower right of canvas; minor wear throughout frame’s finish.
