Bookplate Label Collection

A collection of vintage bookplate labels. The collection includes four different offset lithograph printed bookplate label designs, and includes more than one hundred labels. A set of self-sticking labels published by AP Publishing Company depicts a child reading, with a space below marked ‘This Book Belongs To’ with a space to write a name. Another depicts a classic scene of a lover appealing to his lady, with a space below to write a name, and ‘Ex Libris’. Another design depicts a bird on a branch, with a banner marked ‘This Book Belongs To:’. Another set in a box depicts a set of open gates, with an inspirational quote and ‘Ex Libris’ at the bottom.
