Miriam Haskell, Austrian and Unsigned Costume Brooches

A group of three vintage costume brooches. One is designed as a rectangular gold-tone openwork setting with a large oval green glass cabochon to center. This piece bears the ‘Miriam Haskell’ mark on a raised oval cartouche to back. An array of green rhinestones in a variety of shapes comprises the second, triangular brooch, which is marked ‘Made in Austria’ to reverse. The third brooch is circular, set with translucent round, pear and oval green glass stones that are cut flat across the top, with dimension added through five wire-set accents featuring faceted prong-set stones. This piece is not hallmarked.
