A pair of oil paintings on board of river landscapes created by the same artist. Included is a painting of a river with a single empty fishing boat, surrounded by overgrown foliage and a prominent willowy tree in the foreground. A colorful sunlit sky radiates the composition. This work is signed to the lower right, possibly reading ‘Zikavad’. Also included is a painting of a river surrounded by lush greenery and tropical trees. A dirt road swings across the foreground and birds fly over the water with a radiant sky hovering above. This painting is also signed to the lower right, possibly reading ‘Zikavad’. Both works remain unframed.

- wear to both paintings, including scratch marks and paint loss along edges of compositions; scratch marks and spot stains scattered throughout both painting; large stains to versos; wear along edges and corners includes bending and fraying of boards; toning throughout both compositions; boards are slightly warped.
