Hand Colored Lithograph Poster for a Naval War College Anniversary Exhibit
Item Details
A hand colored lithograph poster for an exhibit commemorating the 90th anniversary of the Naval War College. ‘The Founding Fathers Leaders in the Movement to Establish the Naval War College’ is printed at the top and beneath are color drawings of the founders, Admirals Luce and Mahan, and a college building. The exhibit took place in 1973 – 1974. The poster is mounted under glass in a blue metal frame.
Condition
- water damage, marks, and tiny tears to lower left side and mid right side of paper; particles under the glass; image has shifted in the frame; minor wear and scratches to the frame.
