A collection of nineteenth century satirical magazines. The group includes nine issues of Judge and Puck dating from the 1880s. Each magazine features a satirical chromolithograph on the cover that is signed in the plate. They are presented loose and unmounted. Puck is considered the first successful humor magazine in the United States.
