A commemorative work by Master Artist Tom Everhart. Everhart is the protegé of famed “Peanuts” creator, Charles M. Schulz (1922-2000). As the only artist granted the rights to draw the “Peanuts” characters in his own work, Everhart creates vibrant, collectible rainbow images featuring Snoopy, Woodstock and the gang. Bereaved by Schulz’s death in February 2000, Everhart created this special piece, released in October 2000 – the 50th Anniversary of the first publication of the “Peanuts” comic strip. Salute is printed on acid free, archival quality enameled paper and plate-signed by Everhart. All plates used to create this image have been destroyed.The seller has provided a Certificate of Authenticity.
