A collection of three icons constructed of gouache on panel. Included is a stylized icon of St. George the Great Martyr, showing the figure with a spear in one hand and an icon bearing Madonna and Child, with the young Jesus and his mother both lightly holding onto a stalk of wheat. Also included is an Eastern Orthodox style icon of Christ the Teacher with depiction of Jesus holding an open book toward the lower right corner. These pieces appear to be unsigned by the artists, and only the Madonna and Child icon has hardware for hanging.
