A hand-knotted Chinese area rug. The rug features a Chinese central medallion in pink and dark blue on a cream field. The field is enclosed by a compound border that features a pattern of double happiness medallions throughout in a complementary palette. The rug has an overcast edge with a short Kilim skirt and a long fringe to either end. The rug is tagged to the back.
