A hand-knotted Indian Agra wool area rug measuring approximately 4’ W x 6’ L. The rug has a central field in light tan with an allover floral design of palmettes, roses, and scrolling acanthus leaves in a palette of soft, earthy pastels and dark neutral tones. The compound border features a pattern of scrolling vines connecting floral medallions in a complementary palette on a khaki colored ground. The rug has a natural wool warp fringe and hand-finished overcast edges. Tagged to reverse.
