A Queen Anne style highboy by New England cabinet maker Eldred Wheeler. This chest on chest style maple piece features a broken arch pediment atop whimsical floral carvings with nine drawers and brass pulls. It has a shell carving to the top and bottom of the piece. The highboy has a scalloped apron and rests upon cabriole legs wth pad feet. Maker’s paper label to center drawer.
