A hand-knotted Persian Tabriz area rug measuring approximately 4’ W x 6’ L. The rug features a central cream colored field with a repeating floral and bird pattern and connecting scrollwork in a palette of azure blue, taupe, brown, ochre, and sage green. The center field is wrapped with compound border featuring a repeating pattern of lotus blooms and rose medallions connected with vine scrollwork. It has finished selvedge and cropped fringe to the ends. Tagged to reverse.
