A Hamadan style Persian wool area rug measuring approximately 2’4’ W x 12’ L. The rug features a repeating cream colored diamond pattern to the center encasing square floral medallions in a palette of pink, green, blue, maroon, and tan. The rug has a narrow complex geometric border and a primary Serabend-style pattern of boteh to the edge in a complementary palette with overcast edges and and a short wool warp fringe to each end. It has leatherette strips to the underside edges to prevent curling. Unlabeled.
