A signed limited edition serigraph on paper titled Las Brisas, Laguna Beach by well-listed American artist Howard Behrens (1933-2014). This work features a coastal scene of a house surrounded by a luscious garden on the shoreline with mountains and city buildings in the background. The work is signed by hand in graphite to the lower right; it is numbered 619 out of an edition of 1250 to the lower left. Presented under acrylic glass with white matting, and housed in a brown wood frame with a patterened gold-tone sight edge.

- minor smudge marks throughout mat; minor residue and smudges throughout glass; minor wear in frame includes scratches and stains throughout; ripped paper backing.
