A 1979 watercolor painting on paper by Missouri artist Raymond E. Collins. The piece depicts a summer landscape scene with several figures sitting in rocking chairs on the front porch of an old mill, set against a backdrop of rolling green hills. The work is signed and dated in brown ink to the lower left. It is double matted in pink and tan and presented under glass in a wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso. The frame’s backing paper includes printed labels with information about the artist.
