A vintage polished chrome ice bucket or hot/cold server by West Bend. It features a black Bakelite finial and side handles and a band of embossed penguins around the outside. This item can be used as a bun warmer or an ice bucket. It is marked to the bottom “West Bend Penguin Hot & Cold Server” and “Product of The West Bend Company West Bend, Wisconsin Made in U.S.A.”
