Antique Spanish Revival Carved Oak and Cane Chair

Item Details

An antique carved Spanish Revival chair. The dark stained oak wood chair features an elaborately carved crested rail featuring carved lions on either side of a shield motif. The side rails have finials at the tops, with carved floral motifs below, and fluted columns. The chair back is caned in the center, surrounded by elaborate carved and pierced floral motifs. The square, flat seat is caned with scalloped carvings around the sides. The chair rests on straight, round, fluted legs with squares below, and they rest on peg feet. The stretchers are turned, with square motifs in the centers. No maker’s marks.

• Please be advised, furniture items must be picked up and removed by winning bidder during the scheduled pick-up time on pick-up day. A moving charge will be incurred by winning bidders for any items not picked up. If winning bidder chooses to not have the item moved for alternate pick-up, the winning bidder will incur a disposal fee to have the item removed.
