A hand-knotted Chinese dragon round rug. The rug features a large dragon medallion to the center that depicts a deep blue and red dragon figure with a long winding tail and a bright red tongue. The field is enclosed by a compound border that features a diamond and scrolled linear pattern in deep blue, taupe, and red with a short Kilim skirt and a long cotton fringe. Unmarked.
