A Mid Century Modern china cabinet in The Basic line by Basic-Witz Furniture Industries. This cabinet features a display case with a pair of sliding glass panel doors enclosing wooden shelving. The hutch rests on a server cabinet with rectangular top overhanging a collection of drawers and cabinet doors. The piece includes vertical incised details, decorative backer plates, pulls and accent corner blocks in a brass tone with arched and cut out aprons. The piece terminates in block feet and is marked ‘The Basic’, ‘The Basic-Witz Furniture Industries’ and ‘Genuine Hardwoods’.
