A set of two offset lithographs on paper after artists Randy Bullart and David McCall Johnston. The first print is after David McCall Johnston and depicts a nighttime scene at the Detroit stock yards. A train has arrived and delivers pigs to the pens while the slaughterhouse buildings stand watch behind and horse-drawn wagons labeled ‘Thornapple Valley Premium Meats’ await fresh shipments in front. The Randy Bullart print is titled Of Honest Times & Lazy Summers and depicts an old country convenience store with a Texaco pump out front. It is signed in plate to the lower right corner. Both are presented behind glass and in frames that are wired for hanging.

Condition

-slight damage to top right corner of the frame of the smaller piece; larger print has shifted behind the mat and is no longer centered in the frame or mat; label to verso of David McCall Johnston piece has been ripped off.
